Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking periods are between April and October each year, we have special rates for families and children and short breaks are available subject to request. Rates stated are in the Euro and prices are based on a per nightly basis.
Deposit and security fee is determined by which period you book,
Spring and Summer deposit is 20% of the rental.
Autumn Period 25% of the rental.
Cancellations before 2 weeks of arrival will not have their deposit if paid
refunded, outstanding balance can be paid within 2 weeks or not later than 2 days before arrival.

Upon booking you will receive booking forms and the full terms and conditions with a requested deposit that needs to be returned with 2 weeks of the rental. If booking is within the two week period then full payment is required and only the deposit refunded in case of a cancellation. We can give you information about transport services, car hire, and local attractions including the Anne Frank House, Van Gogh Museum
